Yes. You can use the hours you’ve purchased for different cars at different locations. For example, you can use 10 hours with a car closer to you and 2 hours with a car closer to the driving test location.

You can cancel the reservation up to 2 days before the booking, and the hours will be returned to your account.

If canceled later than 2 days before, the hours will not be refunded.

No. You can drive as much as you want within the booking period.

In this case, it’s best to purchase the largest available package, as the price per hour will be cheaper. Also, check for any ongoing promotions.

No. The car must be returned to the same location where it was picked up.

You can cancel the reservation up to 2 days before, and the hours will be returned to your account. After that, you can make a new reservation.

First, you need to purchase an hourly package, and you can then make reservations using those hours. The packages can be paid for using the payment options provided by our payment service provider.

You can use the hours you’ve purchased through our rental calendar, accessible via our homepage.

You can extend an ongoing reservation if there is an available slot in the rental calendar after your current reservation, and you book it before your reservation ends.

We are not responsible for lost items, but if you’ve already returned the keys to the counter, you should ask if the item was turned in or if the staff can check the car with you.

The police will contact Oppiauto Oy to obtain the driver’s information for speeding violations captured by traffic cameras. We will provide the driver’s details to the police for further action.

All parking fines are the responsibility of the driver, so you will need to pay them yourself.

If the damage does not prevent safe driving, you can continue driving normally. Send a detailed description of the damage to info@oppiauto.fi, and we will contact you afterward.

Take the contact details of the other party. If a vehicle is involved, note down the license plate number. You can continue driving normally if the damage does not prevent safe driving.

Make sure all doors, including the trunk, are fully closed and try again. If the doors still don’t lock, notify the gas station counter and contact customer service by phone.

This is due to the steering lock. Gently turn the steering wheel while turning the key.
